Apple Walnut Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce .
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil.
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325º
  2. Coat a 9 X 5 loaf pan.
  3. Pour into loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
  4. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
  5. Let cool for about 20 minutes.
