Asian Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

- ¼ cup fresh lemon or lime juice
- 4 clove garlic
- ¼ cup honey
Instructions
- Combine oil, soy, juice, ginger, garlic, honey and pepper.
- Set aside half for mopping. Marinate shrimp in other half for about 30 minutes.
- Wrap each shrimp with prosciutto. Skewer shrimp, then pineapple chunk.
- Grill over medium high heat until crisp and shrimp is pink.
- Brush with reserved marinade throughout the grilling.
Tips
Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
