Asian Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 4 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, soy, juice, ginger, garlic, honey and pepper.
  2. Set aside half for mopping. Marinate shrimp in other half for about 30 minutes.
  3. Wrap each shrimp with prosciutto. Skewer shrimp, then pineapple chunk.
  4. Grill over medium high heat until crisp and shrimp is pink.
  5. Brush with reserved marinade throughout the grilling.

Tips

Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
