Balsa Green Beans

- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Drain and rinse green beans
- Chop bacon into ¼ in. pieces and brown in large stock pot. Do not drain out bacon fat.
- Once browned, add the onions and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the green beans.
- Add enough fresh water to cover about ½ the beans.
- Bring to simmer and allow the water to cook off until about 1-2 inches remains.
- Don’t stir too much as the beans will break apart.
