A classic banana cream pie with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, fresh bananas, and a chocolate drizzle.

- For the Graham cracker crust:
- For the Pie:
- Mix together 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar.
- Add 2/3 stick of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- Mix well and spoon into pie shell.
- Refrigerate for a few minutes to set the crust.
- You can substitute banana pudding.

- Mix well and spoon into pie shell.
- Refrigerate for a few minutes to set the crust.
- For Pie:
- You can substitute banana pudding.
- Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat whipped cream(stiff peaks) and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Remove pudding and line bottom of pie crust.
- Place sliced bananas on top.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over top of bananas.
- Top this with melted chocolate chips(thinned with some cream).
Tips
Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor. Press the graham cracker crust firmly into the pan for better stability.
