A classic banana cream pie with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, fresh bananas, and a chocolate drizzle.

  • For the Graham cracker crust:
  • For the Pie:
  • Mix together 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Add 2/3 stick of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  • Mix well and spoon into pie shell.
  • Refrigerate for a few minutes to set the crust.
  • You can substitute banana pudding.

  4. Mix well and spoon into pie shell.
  5. Refrigerate for a few minutes to set the crust.
  6. For Pie:
  7. You can substitute banana pudding.
  8. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  9. Beat whipped cream(stiff peaks) and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  10. Remove pudding and line bottom of pie crust.
  11. Place sliced bananas on top.
  12. Spoon cream cheese mixture over top of bananas.
  13. Top this with melted chocolate chips(thinned with some cream).

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor. Press the graham cracker crust firmly into the pan for better stability.
