Beef Satay

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • pound Beef steak
  • cup Catsup
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce (light)
  • 3 tablespoon Brown sugar (dark)
  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup Peanut butter (creamy)

Instructions

  1. Use tenderloin, strip or sirloin for the steak.
  2. Cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes.
  3. Marinate meat for 1-2 hours.
  4. Remove and reserve the marinade.
  5. Thread meat onto skewers. Grill over high heat for 3-5 minutes turning as needed.
  6. Bring reserved marinade to a boil and add the peanut butter.
  7. Serve this sauce with the kabobs.

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results.
