Beef Satay

Ingredients

- 1½ pound Beef steak
- ⅓ cup Catsup
- ¼ cup Soy sauce (light)
- 3 tablespoon Brown sugar (dark)
- 3 tablespoon Lime juice (fresh)
- 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup Peanut butter (creamy)
Instructions
- Use tenderloin, strip or sirloin for the steak.
- Cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes.
- Marinate meat for 1-2 hours.
- Remove and reserve the marinade.
- Thread meat onto skewers. Grill over high heat for 3-5 minutes turning as needed.
- Bring reserved marinade to a boil and add the peanut butter.
- Serve this sauce with the kabobs.
Tips
Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results.
