Beef Strip Marinade

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 pound Beef
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce (dark)
  • ¼ cup White wine (dry)
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add beef strips to marinade. Massage cornstarch into beef strips. This helps to tenderize the beef. Marinate for 3 hours.
  2. Just before stir frying, beat egg white and add to beef mixture.
  3. Add oil to woik and stir fry any veggies you are serving and set aside. Broccoli or green peppers go great.
  4. Add more oil and stir fry beef and all the marinade.
  5. Add veggies and heat through.
  6. At this point you can add some oyster sauce and soy sauce if you need more juice.
