Beef Strip Marinade

- 1 pound Beef
- ¼ cup Soy sauce (dark)
- ¼ cup White wine (dry)
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon White pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic (finely minced)
- 2 teaspoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
Instructions
- Add beef strips to marinade. Massage cornstarch into beef strips. This helps to tenderize the beef. Marinate for 3 hours.
- Just before stir frying, beat egg white and add to beef mixture.
- Add oil to woik and stir fry any veggies you are serving and set aside. Broccoli or green peppers go great.
- Add more oil and stir fry beef and all the marinade.
- Add veggies and heat through.
- At this point you can add some oyster sauce and soy sauce if you need more juice.
