Big Piney Stew

Serves 8

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 3 pound Beef steak (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 22 ounce Tomato juice
  • 1 pound Green beans (cut)
  • 1 pound Carrot
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ cup Flour

Instructions

  1. Add juice and all the veggies.
  2. Add water to just cover.
  3. Cook for 1- 1 1/2 hrs. Use 15 coals on top and 9 on the bottom.
  4. In a cup, mix the flour and some juice from the pot. Dissolve the flour and add back to the pot.
  5. If you want it thicker, add more flour mixture.
  6. Serves 6 people.
