Big Piney Stew

Ingredients

- 3 pound Beef steak (cubed)
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 22 ounce Tomato juice
- 1 pound Green beans (cut)
- 1 pound Carrot
- 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Pepper
- ½ cup Flour
Instructions
- Add juice and all the veggies.
- Add water to just cover.
- Cook for 1- 1 1/2 hrs. Use 15 coals on top and 9 on the bottom.
- In a cup, mix the flour and some juice from the pot. Dissolve the flour and add back to the pot.
- If you want it thicker, add more flour mixture.
- Serves 6 people.
