- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 ounces buttermilk
- 3 ounces bleu cheese

- Crush garlic clove and dice fine.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry mustard, black pepper, onion salt, white pepper, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco.
- Add the sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in the mayonnaise until well incorporated.
- Slowly stir in the buttermilk to achieve desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the bleu cheese, being careful to leave lumpy for authentic texture.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to develop.
Tips
