Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • pinch Dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion salt
  • pinch White pepper
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
  • ⅓ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅓ cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1½ ounce Buttermilk
  • 3 ounce Cheese (Bleu)

Instructions

  1. Add sour cream, then mayo and finally buttermilk.
  2. Fold in bleu cheese, be sure to leave lumpy.

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results.
