Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ cup Corn syrup (light)
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cup Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine water and cornstarch in 1 quart casserole.
  2. Add water, syrup, lemon juice.
  3. Stir in blueberries. Microwave on high 4-6 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes.
