Boggy Ponder Apple Pie

A delicious boggy ponder apple pie featuring apple pie filling, cheddar cheese and butter, bakeed to perfection.

- 1 can Apple pie filling
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Flour, self-rising
- 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed fine
- Melt stick of butter in bottom of Dutch oven.
- Crush crackers finely and spread over top of flour.
Instructions
- Combine the flour and the sugar.
- Combine the apple filling and the cheese.
- Pour the apple filling mixture ver butter.
- Sprinkle flour mixture over apple filling.
- Crush crackers finely and spread over top of flour.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
Tips
