Creamy broccoli casserole topped with crispy French fried onions

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces Broccoli (frozen, 2 (10 oz) packages)
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese , grated
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Mushrooms (small can)
  • 1 can Evaporated milk (small can)
  • 3.5 ounces Fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Place broccoli in a greased casserole dish
  3. Cover with grated cheese
  4. Mix soup and milk together, then pour over the broccoli and cheese
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. Sprinkle onion rings over the top and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until onions are browned

Tips

For a fresher taste, substitute fresh steamed broccoli for the frozen packages.
