Broccoli Cheese Casserole

A creamy, cheesy broccoli casserole with rice and vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen broccoli
- 1 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cut butter into slices and place in a large casserole dish
- Add all remaining ingredients to the casserole dish and mix well
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring a couple of times during cooking
Tips
For a crunchy topping, add crushed crackers or French fried onions during the last 15 minutes of baking.
