Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Easy and delicious sliders packed with shredded chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy buffalo sauce.
Ingredients

- 0.25 cup Butter
- 0.25 cup Honey
- 0.25 cup Hot sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
- 1 whole Rotisserie chicken, shredded (or 2 lbs pulled chicken breast)
- Celery stalks , thinly sliced
- Bleu cheese or Ranch dressing (for topping (or salsa))
- 12 Slider buns (split)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, honey, and hot sauce.
- Heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined, stirring occasionally.
- Add the shredded chicken to the sauce in the pan.
- Stir to coat the chicken evenly and heat through for a few minutes.
- Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns on a serving platter or baking sheet.
- Place a layer of thinly sliced celery on each bottom bun.
- Spoon the heated buffalo chicken mixture generously over the celery.
- Top the chicken with your choice of bleu cheese dressing, ranch dressing, or salsa.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns on top.
- Serve immediately.
Tips
For extra flavor, toast the slider buns lightly before assembling. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
