Easy and delicious sliders packed with shredded chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Hot sauce (e.g., Frank's RedHot)
  • 1 whole Rotisserie chicken, shredded (or 2 lbs pulled chicken breast)
  • Celery stalks , thinly sliced
  • Bleu cheese or Ranch dressing (for topping (or salsa))
  • 12 Slider buns (split)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, honey, and hot sauce.
  2. Heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the sauce in the pan.
  4. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and heat through for a few minutes.
  5. Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns on a serving platter or baking sheet.
  6. Place a layer of thinly sliced celery on each bottom bun.
  7. Spoon the heated buffalo chicken mixture generously over the celery.
  8. Top the chicken with your choice of bleu cheese dressing, ranch dressing, or salsa.
  9. Place the top halves of the slider buns on top.
  10. Serve immediately.

Tips

For extra flavor, toast the slider buns lightly before assembling. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
