Buttery Cod Florentine

  Ingredients

      - 1 pound Cod fillets (thawed and drained)
- 10 ounce Spinach (frozen, thawed and drained)
- 4 ounce Mushrooms (fresh, chopped)
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese (mild, shredded)
- ⅓ cup Butter (unsalted)
- 1 teaspoon Dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Hot sauce
Instructions
- Melt butter and add seasonings. Pour this on top of cheese.
- Bake at 350º for around 30 minutes.
- For a nice variation, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top before baking.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
