Instructions

  1. For the dressing: Add anchovies, vinegar, cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, then gradually add the olive oil while blending to create an emulsion.
  3. For the salad: Combine a mixture of iceberg and romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl.
  4. Add chopped red bell pepper for color and sweetness.
  5. Add chopped green onions, including the green parts.
  6. Add shredded Parmesan, mozzarella, and provolone cheeses.
  7. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon bits.
  8. Top with croutons.
