Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

- 7 medium Potato (sliced)
- 1 pound Ham (diced)
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon White pepper
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (mild, shredded)
- ½ cup Cheese (Swiss, shredded)
- 1½ cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Place 1/3 of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking casserole.
- Mix together flour, seasoned salt and white pepper. Sprinkle half over bottom layer of potatoes.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup each of the swiss cheese and the cheddar cheese.
- Add half the ham over the cheeses.
- Repeat with next layer. Top with remaining potatoes.
- Pour milk over all.
- Cover and bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove cover, add remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
