Chicken Parmigiano

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oregano (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon Basil (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (dried)
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs (fine)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • cup Flour
  • 1 cup Cheese (Mozzarella, shredded)
  • pound chicken breasts to 1/4" thickness.

Instructions

  1. 2 Egg(s), beaten
  2. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4" thickness.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat some olive oil in skillet.
  5. Combine spices with bread crumbs. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  6. Dredge breast in flour, shake off excess.
  7. Dip in egg wash and then dredge in bread crumbs.
  8. Fry in hot oil for about 2 minutes per side.
  9. To serve, put a large plate of spaghetti together, both pasta and the sauce. On top of this, place your fried chicken breasts.
  10. Top your chicken breasts with some sauce and then the mozzarella cheese on top.
  11. Broil until cheese browns.
