Chili Beef Paste and Marinade.

- 4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon Chili powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Lime juice
- ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Molasses
- 1 teaspoon Oregano (dried)
- 3 clove Garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Combine cumin, chili powder and cinnamon in small sauce pan. Heat on high for 40 seconds.
- Marinate meat for at least 4 hours, overnight is preferable.
