Chili Beef Paste and Marinade.

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Lime juice
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano (dried)
  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Combine cumin, chili powder and cinnamon in small sauce pan. Heat on high for 40 seconds.
  2. Marinate meat for at least 4 hours, overnight is preferable.
