Chinese Meat Breading

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Accent
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all and beat with electric beater until smooth.
  2. Dip meat and deep-fry.
  3. This will coat 3 B/S chicken breasts cut in cubes.
