Chinese Mustard

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ¼ cup Dry mustard
  • ¼ cup Vinegar (distilled)
  • 2 teaspoon Salad oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • pinch Sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix in mustard until combined.
  2. Add salt and sugar and then whisk in oil.
  3. Makes about 1/3 cup.
