Chinese Mustard

- ¼ cup Dry mustard
- ¼ cup Vinegar (distilled)
- 2 teaspoon Salad oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Mix in mustard until combined.
- Add salt and sugar and then whisk in oil.
- Makes about 1/3 cup.
