  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 small can Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • Spaghetti (for serving)
  • Shredded cheese (for serving)
  • Diced onions (for serving)
  • Kidney beans (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except serving items) to a large stock pot
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring to break up the ground beef
  3. Lower heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally
  4. Before serving, remove the bay leaves
  5. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles
