- 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Milk (plus more if needed)
- 4 Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions
- In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients (coconut flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon)
- Add milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined
- If the batter is too stiff, add a bit more milk until desired consistency is reached
- Pour batter into preheated waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions until golden and crisp
