Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 package Coconut gratings
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1 dash Salt

Instructions

  1. To a large bowl add the package of coconut. Then add the milk until the mixture is moist enough to form into balls.
  2. Drop balls onto greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
