- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Shred cabbage and place in a large bowl.
- Add grated carrots, diced green pepper, and grated onion to the cabbage.
