Corn Dog Batter

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • ½ cup Corn meal
  • 1½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 3 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1½ cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk together. Add more milk if needed.
  2. Warm hot dogs in hot water.
  3. Dry thoroughly and cover with batter.
  4. Deep fry.
