Couzan Billy's Cajun Dust

  • 4 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • 1½ tablespoon Basil (dried)
  • 1½ tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon White pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme (dried)

Instructions

  1. Mix and use for blackened dishes and any other dishes that call for Cajun seasoning.
  2. Makes 1 cup.
