A delicious cream pie featuring pre heat oven to 375, mix sugar and add beaten yolks and bring to boil., baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Pre heat oven to 375
  • Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and milk in pan.
  • Add beaten yolks and bring to boil.
  • Add vanilla and butter and thoroughly cool. Place saran wrap over top to prevent hardening.
  • Pour into baked pie shell.
  • Make a meringue by beating together egg whites and sugar until stiff.
  • Place on top of filling and until brown.

  3. 3 egg whites
