Cream Pie

A delicious cream pie featuring pre heat oven to 375, mix sugar and add beaten yolks and bring to boil., baked to perfection.

- Pre heat oven to 375
- Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and milk in pan.
- Add beaten yolks and bring to boil.
- Add vanilla and butter and thoroughly cool. Place saran wrap over top to prevent hardening.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Make a meringue by beating together egg whites and sugar until stiff.
- Place on top of filling and until brown.
