Ingredients
Scale:
1x
- 3 cups cabbage
- 1 small carrot
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 4 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Instructions
- Shred cabbage and set aside in a bowl.
- Coarsely chop the carrot and place in a food processor or chopper.
- Pulse until the carrots are chopped slightly larger than your desired final size.
- Add the shredded cabbage and all other ingredients to the food processor.
- Pulse a few times until the ingredients are well combined and the cabbage reaches your desired consistency.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Tips
If you don't have a food processor, you can finely chop the cabbage and carrots by hand and mix with the dressing ingredients in a bowl. For a creamier coleslaw, add a bit more Miracle Whip. For a tangier version, increase the vinegar. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for larger gatherings. Try using apple cider vinegar for a slightly different flavor profile.
