Crockpot Flank Steak

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • cup water
  • 1 can chopped green chilies

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown steak in oil.
  2. Transfer to crockpot.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion for a minute or two.
  4. Gradually add the water.
  5. Pour over the flank steak.
  6. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  7. Slice meat and serve with the onion and pan juices. Enjoy!
