Deli Mustard

- 2 ounce Dry mustard
- ½ cup White vinegar
- 1 large Egg
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine dry mustard and vinegar and refrigerate overnight.
- In a small saucepan, combine egg, sugar and salt over low heat until mixtur coats the back of a spoon.
- Add the mustard mixture and blend well.
- Add the mayo, blend and store in fridge. Keeps well.
