Deli Mustard

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 ounce Dry mustard
  • ½ cup White vinegar
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine dry mustard and vinegar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine egg, sugar and salt over low heat until mixtur coats the back of a spoon.
  3. Add the mustard mixture and blend well.
  4. Add the mayo, blend and store in fridge. Keeps well.
