Dipping Mustard

  Ingredients
        Scale:
        
        1x
        
      
      
      - ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Dry mustard
- ¼ cup Cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix mustard with vinegar and refrig over night.
- Bring to room temp and add sugar, flour and salt and pepper.
- Refigerate.
