Double Chocolate Brownies

- 1½ cup Flour
- 2 cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Cocoa powder (unsweetened Dutch)
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1½ stick Butter (softened)
- 1 cup Applesauce
- 4 large Egg
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and chips.
- Beat butter, applesauce, eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended.
- Bake in a 9 X 13 pan at 350º for about 25-30 minutes.
- You can substitute Splenda for the sugar in this recipe. If you do, follow these 2 modifications..................
Tips
