Double Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • cup Flour
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup Cocoa powder (unsweetened Dutch)
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • stick Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 4 large Egg
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and chips.
  2. Beat butter, applesauce, eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended.
  3. Bake in a 9 X 13 pan at 350º for about 25-30 minutes.
  4. You can substitute Splenda for the sugar in this recipe. If you do, follow these 2 modifications..................

Tips
