      - 1 cup Dijon mustard
- ½ cup Balsamic vinegar (white)
- ¼ cup Brandy
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Red pepper (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Honey
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, reduce brandy by half.
- Let cool and add honey.
