Drunken Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup Balsamic vinegar (white)
  • ¼ cup Brandy
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Honey

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, reduce brandy by half.
  2. Let cool and add honey.
