Fiery Asian Pork Loin

Ingredients

- 4 pound Pork loin (boneless)
- ½ cup Orange juice (fresh sqeezed)
- 2 tablespoon Orange juice (frozen concentrate)
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (finely minced)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Chili sauce
Instructions
- Combine all.
- Marinate the pork for 2 hours or overnight.
- Reserve the marinade and mop on pork several times in the first 30 minutes.
- Grill or bake until meat temp reaches 145-155º.
- Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
