Fiery Asian Pork Loin

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 4 pound Pork loin (boneless)
  • ½ cup Orange juice (fresh sqeezed)
  • 2 tablespoon Orange juice (frozen concentrate)
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all.
  2. Marinate the pork for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Reserve the marinade and mop on pork several times in the first 30 minutes.
  4. Grill or bake until meat temp reaches 145-155º.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
