Fire Department Chicken

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 cup Cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Oil
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • cup Salt
  • 1 stick Butter

Instructions

  1. Prior to grilling, save extra sauce and re-boil.......you MUST do this to kill all the bacteria that may be present!!
  2. Grill chicken over direct heat, turning and basting often with the re-boiled mop sauce.
  3. Applying the mop is easy with a spray bottle.
  4. Cook chicken until 160º in breast or 180º in thigh.
  5. You can use any cut of chicken you choose, but most Fire Departments use either halves or quarters.
