A quick and easy microwave flaxseed wrap - perfect for low-carb, gluten-free diets

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 3 tablespoons Flaxseed powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl (flaxseed powder, baking powder, onion powder, paprika, seasoned salt)
  2. Melt the coconut oil and add to the dry ingredients
  3. Beat in the egg and water until well combined
  4. Grease a microwave-safe glass pie pan
  5. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly
  6. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes
  8. Use a spatula to carefully lift the wrap out of the pan

Tips

This flexible wrap works great for sandwiches, tacos, or as a quick pizza base. Try different seasonings to complement your fillings.
