A quick and easy microwave flaxseed wrap - perfect for low-carb, gluten-free diets
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons flaxseed powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch of seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl (flaxseed powder, baking powder, onion powder, paprika, seasoned salt)
- Melt the coconut oil and add to the dry ingredients
- Beat in the egg and water until well combined
- Grease a microwave-safe glass pie pan
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes
- Use a spatula to carefully lift the wrap out of the pan
