French Crepes

Ingredients

- 1 cup Flour
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup water
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, whisk flour with eggs
- Gradually add water and milk
- Add salt and butter and whisk until smooth
- Heat griddle and add about 1/4 cup of batter
- Swirl pan to coat and cook for about 2 minutes
- Flip and finish cooking.
