French Crepes

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In large mixing bowl, whisk flour with eggs
  2. Gradually add water and milk
  3. Add salt and butter and whisk until smooth
  4. Heat griddle and add about 1/4 cup of batter
  5. Swirl pan to coat and cook for about 2 minutes
  6. Flip and finish cooking.
