Fresh Fruit Pie

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • cup Fresh fruit
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  1. 1 Pie shell(s), 9", baked
  2. In large saucepan, combine sugar, 1 cup of fruit, cornstarch, salt, water cinnamon and lemon juice.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
  4. Remove from heat and add butter and remaining fruit.
  5. Mix until all fruit is coated.
  6. Pour into baked pie shell and cool for 3 hours.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
