Fresh Fruit Pie

- 3½ cup Fresh fruit
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
- 1 Pie shell(s), 9", baked
- In large saucepan, combine sugar, 1 cup of fruit, cornstarch, salt, water cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Remove from heat and add butter and remaining fruit.
- Mix until all fruit is coated.
- Pour into baked pie shell and cool for 3 hours.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
