Fresh Fruit Pizza

- 1½ cup Flour (all-purpose, unbleached)
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Butter (melted)
- ½ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- ¾ cup Confectioner's sugar
- 8 ounce Cool Whip
- 3 ounce Jello (whatever flavor you are making)
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 4 cup Fresh fruit (sliced)
- 4 tablespoon Cornstarch
Instructions
- For filling soften cream cheese and mix with sugar. Add Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
- For topping, in a large sauce pan combine jello, sugar and 1/2 cup water. In separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch and water (use cold water). Stir cornstarch mixture into jello mixture and cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add sliced fruit and mix until well coated. Cool.
- Spread fruit mixture over filling and cool entire pizza.
- SERVE!!!
Tips
Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results.
