A delicious fresh fruit pizza featuring 1/2 cups flour, brown sugar and butter.

Ingredients

  • For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour, all-purpose, unbleached
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Confectioner's sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 3 ounces Jello, whatever flavor you are making
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 cups Fresh fruit, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • This recipe can use any fresh fruit. Try strawberries, bluberries, raspberries and even peaches. Be sure to use the same flavored jello as the fruit you are using.
  • Spread fruit mixture over filling and cool entire pizza.
  • SERVE!!!

Instructions

  1. For filling soften cream cheese and mix with sugar. Add Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
  2. For topping, in a large sauce pan combine jello, sugar and 1/2 cup water. In separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch and water (use cold water). Stir cornstarch mixture into jello mixture and cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add sliced fruit and mix until well coated. Cool.
  3. Spread fruit mixture over filling and cool entire pizza.
  4. SERVE!!!

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
