Fried Rice

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 cup Rice
  • ¼ pound Butter or margarine
  • 1 small can Water chestnuts
  • 1 small can Mushrooms
  • ½ package Peas (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)

Instructions

  1. Add the rice, eggs, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
  2. Fry together, add Soy Sauce and let brown.
  3. Just prior to serving add green onions and peas.
