Fruit Cookie Pie

- 1 package Cookie dough
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- ½ cup Confectioner's sugar
- 2 cup Fresh fruit
- 2 cup Fresh fruit (mashed)
- ⅓ cup Cornstarch
- 1 cup Sugar
Instructions
- Press dough into bottom of large spring form pan.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on baked cookie dough.
- Arrange 2 cups of fruit on top.
- Cook mashed fruit with sugar and cornstarch until thickened.
- Cool and pour over fruit.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
Tips
Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
