Fruit Cookie Pie

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 package Cookie dough
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Confectioner's sugar
  • 2 cup Fresh fruit
  • 2 cup Fresh fruit (mashed)
  • cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Press dough into bottom of large spring form pan.
  2. Bake until golden brown.
  3. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on baked cookie dough.
  4. Arrange 2 cups of fruit on top.
  5. Cook mashed fruit with sugar and cornstarch until thickened.
  6. Cool and pour over fruit.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream.

Tips

Make sure all dairy ingredients are well-chilled for best results. Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
