Fruit Crunch

Ingredients

- 3 cup Fresh fruit
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Oats (quick-cooking)
- 1½ cup Flour
- 2 stick Butter
Instructions
- Combine fruit, sugar and 3 TBS of flour.
- Lightly grease a 9 X 13 baking pan and spread the fruit mixture evenly on bottom.
- Combine brown sugar, oats, 1 1/2 cups flour and stir well. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Spread this over top of fruit.
- Bake for 40 minutes and serve hot or cold.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
