Fruit Crunch

A delicious fruit crunch featuring fresh fruit, sugar and flour, bakeed to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 3 cups Fresh fruit
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Oats, quick-cooking
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • Heat oven to 375ยบ
  • Spread this over top of fruit.

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit, sugar and 3 TBS of flour.
  2. Lightly grease a 9 X 13 baking pan and spread the fruit mixture evenly on bottom.
  3. Combine brown sugar, oats, 1 1/2 cups flour and stir well. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Spread this over top of fruit.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes and serve hot or cold.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
