Garlic-Anchovy Salad Dressing

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 ounce Anchovy fillet
  • 12 clove Garlic (mashed)
  • ¼ medium Onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup Parmesan (fresh, grated)
  • teaspoon Black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup + 2 TBS Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Process and add oil slowly while processor is running.
  2. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
