Garlic-Anchovy Salad Dressing

  Ingredients

      - 2 ounce Anchovy fillet
- 12 clove Garlic (mashed)
- ¼ medium Onion (chopped)
- ½ cup Parmesan (fresh, grated)
- 1½ teaspoon Black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- ½ cup + 2 TBS Olive oil
Instructions
- Process and add oil slowly while processor is running.
- Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
