Gates BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Celery seed
  • 2 tablespoon Cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 2 cup Cider vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the spices. Set aside.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Serve warm or cold.
  4. Freezes well.
