Gnocchi

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 pound Potato
  • 1ΒΌ cup Flour

Instructions

  1. Bake and then rice the potatoes.
  2. Gradually add the flour.
  3. Knead until a smooth, manageable dough is formed...you may need to add a little more flour.
  4. Roll this dough into long 3/4" rope-like strings. Cut into 3/4" lengths.
  5. Boil 4 quarts of salted water and add gnocchi.
  6. Boil for about 3 minutes..they should rise to the surface.
  7. Serve with sauce.

Tips

Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
