- 0.125 cup Brown sugar, dark
- 1 tablespoon Sea salt
- 2 teaspoons Red pepper, crushed
- 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, sea salt, crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper) in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake the jar vigorously until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
- Let the sauce rest for at least 30 minutes (or preferably longer) at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld before using.
- Shake well again before serving.
Tips
