Habanero Hot Sauce

Serves 8

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 medium Red onions (chopped)
  • cup White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Add lime juice and salt.
  2. Heat vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. When hot, pour into chile mixture and process until smooth.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Pour into a sterilized container.
  6. Cover and store, refrigerated, for up to 6 months.
  7. Makes 2 cups.
