A delicious ham loaf, bakeed to perfection.

Instructions
- 1 1/2 pounds Ham loaf mixture
- 2 Egg, beaten
- For the ham loaf mixture, I use 1/2 pound ground pork and 1 lb. ground ham.
- Melt the butter and combine with brown sugar and place in bottom of a loaf pan(9 x 5).
- Place in pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
- Invert the loaf to serve.
Tips
Always preheat your oven and check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
