Herbed Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 pound Beef (stew, cut into 1-in. cube)
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Basil (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Marjoram
  • 6 ounce Tomato paste
  • 2 cup Potato (cubed)
  • 2 cup Carrot (chopped)
  • 1 large Green pepper (diced)
  • 10 ounce Corn (frozen)
  • 10 ounce Peas (frozen)
  • 10 ounce Green beans (frozen)
  • ½ pound Mushrooms (fresh, chopped)
  • 3 medium Tomato (fresh, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in oil.
  2. Simmer until tender.
