Herbed Hali

Ingredients

- 2 pound Halibut steaks
- 4 teaspoon Chives (fresh, chopped)
- 4 teaspoon Tarragon (fresh, chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix the herbs, oil and salt together.
- Rub onto fish and set in fridge for 1 hour.
- Cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
