Herbed Hali

Ingredients

Scale: 1x
  • 2 pound Halibut steaks
  • 4 teaspoon Chives (fresh, chopped)
  • 4 teaspoon Tarragon (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the herbs, oil and salt together.
  2. Rub onto fish and set in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
